We provide essential items like air conditioners, heaters, air purifiers, fans, and generators to help clients stay safe during extreme weather. Our goal is to reduce health risks and improve living conditions for those facing climate-related challenges.

Our team meets clients where they are. In the community, in shelters, or at home. We build trust, assess needs, and connect individuals to critical resources, including Housing, Health Care, SNAP, and case management. We offer transportation, advocacy, and consistent follow-up to support long-term stability.
